Our Philosophy of Education

As Christian parent(s) / legal guardian(s) we want, first and foremost

Christian education combined with
Biblical discipline for our child(ren) and
Academic excellence.

Parent(s) / legal guardian(s) of Groblersdal Christian School should have a keen interest in the Bible and must accept the Bible as:
the only norm and guide for our existence on earth
as the absolute Word of God
the only source of Real truth.

We are obliged to achieve unity in the sense of training and inculcate in our children Biblical principles, Biblical character and Biblical attitudes in:
the home,
the church and (NOTE: not implying church membership as such)
the school.

Parents/legal guardians remain, by Biblical definition, the primary educator(s) of their child(ren) and the school should serve as an extension of the home and not vice versa.

Parents/legal guardians must be involved in the lives of their children and motivate them if or when they feel discouraged and praise them when they do well.

“And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.” (Ephesians 6:4).
